Description
This natural sample of cavansite from India presents the original matrix on which the crystals are geminate.
The intense blue color of the mineral dominates at the tip of the geode, where the crystals have an excellent brightness and are assembled in curls or in a fan.
Discovered in 1967 the cavansite is considered a rare mineral and for this reason it's very desirable by collectors.
