Particular example of Desert Rose coming from Tunisia that is formed during the evaporation of shallow saline basin, in very dry climatic conditions.
All these conditions form these wonderful flat crystals that resemble rose petals.
The presence of Iron oxide inside the mineral, gives a particular rust color to this specimen.
