Superb slab of fossil wood, polished and installed on a turned wooden pedestal with brass elements, handcrafted.
It is not unusual nowadays that fossil wood slabs are used as beautiful furnishing items to keep at home, thanks to the beauty of their colors and the charm of owning something that brings millions of years of history with it.
This specimen was obtained from a very large trunk (not easy to find) and having fossilized in minerals with iridescent colors, we can find a wide range of shades ranging from white to beige, to reddish and dark brown.
