A beautiful fossil coral sphere from Madagascar.
Being obtained from a specimen dating back millions of years ago, it is extremely rare to find articles of this kind, also because in order to carve a sphere of such dimensions, the fossil originally had to be very large.
During the fossilization process, the organic part of the living being leaves room for the inorganic part given by the different minerals that are formed in the cavities with always unique and different colors.
