Description

A fantastic bronze sculpture made entirely by hand in the first half of the 1900s, depicting a triton holding up a mother-of-pearl Nautilus.
Dreamlike object that combines elements of Naturalia and Artificialia. A triton with a "mane" made of Ammonite shell supporting a Nautilus on which rests a small seahorse which in turn holds a pearl with its tail.
The whole is placed on an ancient black marble base with brass supports to give further exclusivity to the work.
The perfect item for the eclectic collector.
